Dive into the world of acrylic painting with instructor Tina Meetran’s four-week course designed for artists of all skill levels. Each class explores a distinct painting style:
Impressionist Acrylic Painting – Learn the art of loose and expressive brushwork, color mixing, and capturing light in landscapes.
Abstract Acrylic Painting – Explore non-representational art using shapes, colors, and textures.
Realistic Acrylic Painting – Master layering, blending, and texture techniques to create highly detailed, lifelike paintings with a still-life subject.
Pop Art Acrylic Painting – Celebrate popular culture by creating bold, graphic, and vibrant paintings inspired by iconic artists like Andy Warhol.
Classes take place on four consecutive Wednesday nights, 6pm-7:30pm, November 29th through December 20th in person at Mt. Pleasant Library. Please register through Eventbrite to sign up for the course only if you plan on attending all four classes.
