Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation class will help you become more aware and present in your life, and will help you establish/deepen a meditation practice!
The class will take place March 4, 11, 25 & April 1 at 10 am. It is encouraged to attend all 4 weeks to get the full experience. Open to adults 18 and up.
Eliza Sutton is enrolled in the 2 year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfeld and is a long-time meditator.
