Makerspace Open Studio for Adults

Do you have your own creative project in mind?  We have makerspace equipment that might be useful!  We offer access to Silhouette Cameo vinyl cutters, 3D printing design, Brother sewing machines, sublimation printing, an Epilog Mini laser cutter (available at Mount Pleasant), Wacom drawing tablets, and heat presses for fabric, mugs, and hats.

To participate, simply follow these steps:

1. First, we encourage you to request a training to learn the basics of a specific machine.  We’ll set up a separate appointment to meet with you during the week.  We use open source software that you can practice at home, so Zoom trainings are also available for certain software!

2. After you are trained, you have the green light to start working on independent projects during open studio sessions.  Please RSVP with Garrett at glocke@clpvd.org  so we can predict which machines will be in demand.
