Due to inclement weather, the Pollinator Party will be moving indoors to Mount Pleasant Library (315 Academy Avenue in Providence).
You’re invited to a Pollinator Party at the Mount Pleasant Library!
Come connect with nature in the city and learn how to help pollinators at home. Did you know that Fall is the best time to plant? All ages are welcome!
- Pollinator storytime, planting activity & more for little ones
- Learn about insects with an insect scientist
- Meet a beekeeper
- Learn how to grow native plants from seed
- Learn about the pollinator meadow and the Davis Park Community Garden with URI Master Gardeners
- Giveaways and surprises!
Registration is not required, but we kindly encourage you to RSVP below to help us estimate attendance. This is a free, all ages event.
The Pollinator Party is a collaboration between RI DEM Division of Fish and Wildlife, Davis Park Community Garden, Mount Pleasant Library, URI Cooperative Extension and the URI Master Gardener Program.
