5NP Ear Clinic with Providence Community Acupuncture (Free!)

What is 5NP? Nada Protocol (5NP) has been used for almost 50 years in various health and community settings. It originally was developed as part of a community response to treat opiate addiction, but has been found useful for helping folks to regulate sleep, digestion, tension, feelings of anxiety or depression, and can support those dealing with toxic stress, PTSD, or are in recovery.
5NP will be provided by local and licensed social workers, mental health counselors, drug/alcohol counselors, peers, and nurses, that received 5NP training through Providence Community Acupuncture.
