College student Emily Dunford presents a reading of her story, Buddy The Butterfly: The Flight to Hope. There will be a fun activity for kids following the reading.

Emily says, “I wrote it as a way to explain hope to children in a way that they can understand as well as a story that is easy for them to follow. I wrote in mind with the Wingman Program, which is a foundation built on spreading hope, empathy, and courage, which I have also received a certification from as a Certified Wingman Educator, to allow me to facilitate group activities with their mission in mind.”
