Washington Park Library – Main Area 1
The seniors will participate in different activities and games that will help them exercise their mental and memory skills, fine motor skills and cognitive stimulation, improving their quality of life. Writing, narration, and creative illustrations will also be included.
Los adultos mayores participarán en diferentes actividades y juegos que les ayudarán a ejercitar sus habilidades mentales, de memoria, motricidad fina y estimulación cognitiva, mejorando su calidad de vida. También se incluirán escritura, narración e ilustraciones creativas.
