Pocky Khamvongs is the founder of Twisted Churros, a freshly fried churro & ice cream truck based in Providence. She is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University – Providence, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Management (‘20) and an MBA in Organizational Leadership & Management (‘22).
