Learn how to massage, relax, and soothe your newborn to pre-crawling baby through infant massage. Infant massage is a natural method of nurturing and bonding contact during a baby’s early life.
Benefits of infant massage:
This workshop is for parents and caregivers of newborns and pre-crawlers. Discover how to massage your baby in a serene environment, where the instructor demonstrates techniques using a doll. Gain the knowledge needed to begin massaging your baby immediately. Please bring a baby blanket and wear comfortable clothing to ensure a cozy experience for you and your little one.
About the Facilitator
Sheryl White is a certified Infant Massage Instructor, Baby Signer, Reiki Master, and mother of three. Her background includes a B.A. in Psychology and a Corporate Classroom Trainer. Sheryl has received specialized training in Infant Massage from the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM), which was founded by Vimala Schneider McClure.
Since 1999, Sheryl has taught classes to parents, teachers, professionals, and caregivers. Her role in the classes is to facilitate and help strengthen the relationship between infants and their caregivers through early communication.
